Listings that violate this policy will be removed without refund. Repeat violations will result in permanent account suspension. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
uDooz exists to connect neighbors for legitimate, helpful, everyday tasks. The vast majority of tasks people want done are perfectly fine to post. This page describes the narrow set of things that are not.
If your task is not on this list, it may be allowed. When in doubt, ask us.
These categories are never permitted under any circumstances:
Tasks that involve, facilitate, or require breaking any federal, state, or local law. This includes but is not limited to drug-related activity, theft, trespassing, fraud, money laundering, or any task that would require a Doozer to commit a crime.
Any task involving sexual acts, explicit content, escort services, or any activity that could constitute prostitution or sex trafficking regardless of how it is described.
Any task requesting surveillance, stalking, harassment, or physical harm to any person or animal. This includes tasks framed as pranks, investigations, or "checking up on" someone without their knowledge.
Any task involving unsupervised contact with or services directed at minors in ways that could expose them to harm. Childcare and child-supervision listings are not available in the launch version unless and until uDooz adds specific reviewed policies for that category.
Acquisition, modification, storage, transport, or disposal of firearms, ammunition, explosives, controlled substances, or hazardous materials in ways that violate applicable law.
Tasks designed to deceive other users, fabricate reviews or ratings, impersonate others, generate fake engagement, or otherwise manipulate the platform or its users.
Tasks requiring a professional license (electrical, plumbing, medical, legal, financial, etc.) that are posted without disclosing this requirement, or that ask Doozers to perform licensed work without holding the required license.
These tasks are not automatically prohibited but may be reviewed before or after posting:
If you're genuinely unsure whether a task is allowed, email us before posting at [email protected]. We'd rather answer a question than remove a listing after you've paid.
If you see a listing that appears to violate this policy, use the Report button on the listing or email us at [email protected] with the listing details. We review all reports and take action on confirmed violations.
