Welcome to uDooz. These Terms of Service govern your use of the uDooz platform, website, and services operated by BonAcqui LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using uDooz, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
uDooz is a Jobber Ads platform for local doozes, service requests, and service offers (functioning as a paid local classified advertising service for legal and regulatory purposes). It connects people who need small tasks done ("Seekers") with people willing to reply to those listings or publish services they can perform ("Doozers"). uDooz provides listing publication, messaging, reputation/reporting, prohibited-task enforcement, and optional verification-badge tools. uDooz is not a party to any agreement between Seekers and Doozers and does not employ, direct, dispatch, or supervise Doozers.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use uDooz. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
uDooz uses email magic-link authentication and may offer optional third-party sign-in, such as Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address or sign-in provider associated with your account. Do not share your login links. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Posting a task request or service offer ("Dooze") on uDooz requires a one-time, non-refundable listing fee of $5.00 USD, payable at the time of posting. This fee covers publication of your listing until you pause, close, or remove it, subject to uDooz policy enforcement and listing-hygiene checks.
You may not use uDooz to post, request, or facilitate tasks that are illegal, dangerous, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited under our Prohibited Tasks Policy. Violations may result in immediate removal of your listing without refund and permanent suspension of your account.
You agree not to:
uDooz may allow Seekers and Doozers to rate each other after an interaction. Ratings must be honest and based on actual experience. We reserve the right to remove ratings that we determine to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you post on uDooz. By posting, you grant uDooz a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as part of operating the Service. You represent that you have the right to post any content you submit.
uDooz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not screen, verify, or background-check users. We make no representations about the quality, safety, or legality of any task or the reliability of any user. You use the Service and engage with other users at your own risk.
uDooz strongly encourages users to meet in public places for initial contact, trust your instincts, and never pay in full for a task before it is completed to your satisfaction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BonAcqui LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of uDooz or from any interaction with another user, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BonAcqui LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of uDooz, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with other users.
We may suspend or terminate your access to uDooz at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Paid listing fees are non-refundable upon termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of uDooz after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Trumbull County, Ohio.
