You can request deletion of your uDooz account and associated personal data by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "uDooz data deletion request."
We can delete or anonymize account profile data, saved searches, notification settings, listings, replies, reports, reviews, and uploaded listing materials that can be reasonably matched to your account.
Some records may be retained where needed for payment records, tax or accounting records, fraud prevention, identity-verification audit trails, dispute handling, safety reports, legal compliance, or protection of other users and the platform.
We may ask for enough information to confirm that the request belongs to the account or listing involved. Do not email passwords, full payment-card numbers, bank details, or government ID documents.
